Pre-register

Participation is free!

The programme will be planned based on the schools that pre-register. We will aim to offer at least one workshop or researcher talk per class. The rest of the programme will consist of a visit to the WiseNight stands and activities at the Atomium expo.

The content of the workshops is adapted to the age of the visiting students. Most workshops focus on STEM-related topics: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Examples include Jumping Toy, where participants build vibrating machines using DC motors and counterweights; Mineralogy, covering topics such as geothermal energy, meteorites, glaciers, volcanoes and battery materials; a cryptography workshop on the history and importance of cryptography and cryptanalysis; and workshops on AI and robotics.

We will get back to you by the beginning of the school year at the latest with a proposed programme, including a visit and participation in activities, based on the information you provided through this form. We will also provide final confirmation of your participation in our Schools’ Programme during WiseNight 2026.

Please note that you are also welcome to visit the Atomium free of charge before or after attending the WiseNight programme.
